Action for Carers 妖精动漫 - Support Groups and Events

Description

We have support groups across 妖精动漫. They are friendly, informal get-togethers, where you can chat to others about your caring role and give each other support.

Groups and events are both face to face and online using zoom. Face to face events take place in a wide range of locations across 妖精动漫. Specific groups include Parent Carer Support, Eating Disorders, Mental Health, Autism and Learning Disabilities. Events include Mindfulness, Yoga and Tai Chai.
