Our supported volunteer programme for young people and adults with learning disabilities and autism is a structured and inclusive initiative that provides opportunities for people to gain valuable skills, experience, and confidence while contributing to our community. The program is designed to accommodate the unique needs of each participant, including tailored support and training, clear communication, and a safe and inclusive environment. The goal of the program is to help participants build self-esteem, develop new skills, and establish meaningful relationships with their peers and the wider community.
