Open Door is Oakleaf's new weekly drop-in service for 18-30 year-olds facing mental health challenges, with suicide prevention at its heart.
Facilitated by Young Adult Support Workers, these sessions aim to reduce isolation and connect young people to meaningful support in a safe, non-judgmental environment.
