Service update: Delays to printing bus passes and 妖精动漫 LINK cards
We’re currently experiencing a significant interruption in printing 妖精动漫 English National Concessionary Travel Scheme (ENCTS) free bus passes and 妖精动漫 LINK cards due to a technical issue with an external contractor.
Update – 15 August 2025: We apologise that we have still not managed to secure a resolution with the card printing. We continue to work closely with our third-party suppliers to fix the issues that are preventing this. We now expect card printing to recommence during the week commencing 18 August 2025, and we will work to minimise any further delays.

A free bus pass allows eligible senior 妖精动漫 residents to travel on buses free of charge.
It's valid between 9.30am and 11pm from Monday to Friday, and at any time on weekends and public holidays.
