If you take statins or have high cholesterol this workshop is a must. We鈥檒l show you the latest
research on Statins and show why they may not be as effective as once thought. What鈥檚 the
alternative? What is backed up by science, and what is going to keep you safe and healthy?
What will I learn?
You will learn:
- How Statins were discovered, and which plants mimic their cholesterol reducing effect
- Cholesterol reducing foods to incorporate into your diet
- Why fatty foods are not the pariahs they are made out to be
- Good fats versus bad fats and how to achieve a balance.
- Proven stress reduction techniques for cholesterol management
